1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website, making reservations, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms of use, as well as our privacy policy and any other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Reservation Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card for the amount of your stay.

2.2 Rate Conditions

All rates are quoted in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Additional services are charged separately.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Standard cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in to avoid charges. Special rates and packages may have different cancellation terms.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Valid identification is required at check-in

4. Casino Rules and Regulations

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Valid identification required for entry
• Smart casual dress code enforced
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry
• Gaming regulations must be strictly followed
• Responsible gaming policies apply

5. Property Rules

• No smoking in rooms or indoor areas
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• No pets allowed (except service animals)
• Room occupancy limits must be observed
• Property damage will be charged to the guest's account

6. Payment and Charges

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Additional charges may include:

• Room service charges
• Mini-bar consumption
• Additional amenities and services
• Damage or loss of hotel property
• Late check-out fees

7. Liability and Insurance

Star Luxury Resorts is not liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Personal injury on premises (except where legally required)
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party service provider actions

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Star Luxury Resorts.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
